In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling, or freight charges.

Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.00. The cart total for the products ordered must be greater than $99.00, and applies to all products and product variations regardless of weight or quantity. We normally ship all in stock items within 1 business day from the time your order is received. All of our orders are shiped using FedEx unless otherwise requested. FedEx is shipped out Monday through Friday and takes anywhere from 1 BUSINESS Day to the West Coast to 3 BUSINESS days to the East Coast to be delivered. Shipping time does not include Weekends, so an order placed on Friday may not ship till Monday and may not be received till Thursday (in most cases it averages 1-5 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks depending upon the season and demand for the product, as well as any unforeseeable circumstances. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. Shipping rates vary and are calculated by the Total weight of the products purchased. If you would like to place an order of 20 lbs or more of Kona coffee, please contact us and we will gladly place your order. Please see the following table of shipping rates by weight.

International Shipping

When you place an International order, your credit card will not be billed immediately. Once we have received your order, we'll contact you with shipping options (and rates) available to your location.

Once you've chosen the shipping method you prefer, we'll process your order - and then we'll roast your coffee and ship it to you fresh.

Taxes

Heavenly Kona Coffee does NOT charge sales tax for any orders placed with us.

Backorders

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you in a timely manner of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
